Emerging Leaders Division Mid-Summer Event at Shouk. Join ELD for dinner at Shouk on Tuesday evening, to recognize and thank Consul Leo Vinovezky for his two years of service at the Consulate of Israel in Philadelphia. Leo will share with us his experiences in the kibbutz industry, and at Netafim, a worldwide leader in drip irrigation technologies that started at Kibbutz Hatzerim.
